Bharti Airtel reported a 21.6% rise in mobile data consumption on a year-on-year (YoY) basis, reaching 26.9 GB per customer per month in the first quarter of the financial year 2026 (Q1FY26), ending in June 2025. The company’s total data consumption for the quarter stood at 21,782 PB (1 PB = 1 million gigabytes).

Alongside the rise in data consumption, the company also witnessed an increase in mobile data customers by 21.3 million. These customers now make up 77% of the company’s total customer base, compared to 73% in the same quarter…
