The Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE launched at a price point that suggested much more than a rewrap of the previous flagship model. The Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is for sale and heavily discounted on Woot, while Samsung’s site shows it is still out of stock.
The Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is the second “fan edition” device to get a massive price cut in recent days. This comes as the Galaxy Watch FE has seemingly gone dark with fire sales cropping up to thin stock.
Right now, the 256GB variant of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is on sale at Woot, dropping down to $699 from the original $959 price tag. The original price felt high, considering the FE device didn’t offer much more than the Galaxy Z Flip 6 that came before it. It being an FE device meant corners were cut, and a big one was the omission of a full-size cover display, even though the model before it didn’t offer one either.
The current cut to $699 is better than the most recent sale we’ve seen, where the 256GB Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE came down to $760. The 128GB version did hit $699, but this is obviously a better deal. It also means no trade-ins are required.
With it being Woot, there are no returns, and stock is highly limited. Even Samsung’s website notes that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is out of stock, though that’s likely due to the altered production numbers. Samsung didn’t seem to expect the device to sell very well, so stock was cut short.
The Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is a solid FE device, and this deal price is reasonable for what it is.
