The big appeal of Waze is the crowdsourcing of reports of road incidents such as traffic, objects on the road, and, of course, speed traps. It’s often possible for multiple Waze reports to show up in the same location, though, and Waze is now set to start combining those into a single alert.

As it stands today, Waze may show just one, or multiple types of alerts in a single location. For instance, if there’s traffic you might get see an alert for a slowdown, another for a crash, and perhaps another for debris on the road. But…
