During the Q2 2025 earnings call, Sundar Pichai shared some updates on Google AI Mode’s progress, with the latest features (Gemini 2.5 Pro and Deep Search) announced last week now widely rolling out.
The Google CEO said AI Mode “already has over 100 million monthly active users in the U.S. and India.” The “end-to-end AI Search experience” entered testing in March and saw a US launch at the end of May, with India following earlier this month.
